CCE Acquires Andrew Zweck's Sensible Entertainment

Clear Channel Entertainment has acquired London-based Andrew Zweck's Sensible Events. "Zweck has made his name over the past 20 years spent working with Harvey Goldsmith and came to prominence as the production director for Live Aid in 1985," said CCE Global Music President Michael Rapino.

Zweck formed Sensible Events in 1996, which under his leadership developed into a leading artist and talent agency. During this time, Sensible Events has also booked and produced worldwide tours for artists such as Mark Knopfler, Roger Waters and Depeche Mode. "It's great to have yet another world class agent with an outstanding track record joining our European team," added Rapino. "I'm sure that Andrew's talents and worldwide experience will be an invaluable asset in the future success of Clear Channel Entertainment."

Zweck will continue to run Sensible Events on an independent basis alongside Clear Channel Entertainment's other agencies, ITB and Solo.
