Casselman's, Denver's New Venue

DENVER, CO (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — Casselman's is Denver's newest premier 8000 square foot entertainment venue, independently owned, and available to host national level concert experiences. This 750 person capacity venue is located in the heart of the growing North Downtown Denver (NoDo) entertainment district, just 5 blocks North of Coors Field, on the corner of 26th and Walnut Street. From the eye-catching, hand-poured concrete front bar, to the stunning concert venue housed under a vaulted 1945 barrel wood ceiling; Casselman's is beautifully detailed, and the perfect choice to host your national touring acts. Catering to a touring artist's needs, Casselman's has complete production and lighting available in-house, a full kitchen, and a hotel partnership with Residence Inn Marriott. From the ramped load-in directly to the 16 by 32 foot stage, to load-out; Casselman's was created with the artist in mind.

Brothers, and proprietors, Adam and Andrew Ranes opened the facility in May of 2009, after completing the build-out of the venue themselves. With a background in real estate development, Adam completed the major construction and design of the building, while Andrew oversaw the technical aspects of installation of sound and lighting. The response to the venue was overwhelming, and after only 3 months of business, the Ranes brothers hired national talent buyers Michael "Caddy" Cadwell, and assistant Samantha Hanson, to handle the booking tasks of the room. Leaning on the pairs combined 20 years of music industry experience this venue will fill the Denver void for a premiere mid- size room. Cadwell is notably know for producing Pay-Per-Views and DVD's for the likes of Kenny Chesney and is the former owner of various night clubs in Denver including the highly successful award winning Club Avalon in Lone Tree Colorado. Caddy has produced over 500 events from 100 people to 30,000 people during his career. In 2004 Caddy was awarded the prestigious Telly® Award for producing Country sensation Kenny Chesney's "No Shoes, No Shirt, No Problems" DVD and Pay-Per-View concert filmed at the Pepsi Center. Samantha Hanson has over 9 year's industry experience working in all facets of the industry from artist management, to event production, and public relations. Well respected within the Rocky Mountain music scene, Samantha has the reputation for having an "ear" for upcoming talent, and plans to utilize her solid relationships with Denver's hotbed of talent to support the buys of the venue.

Cassleman's industry only, VIP Grand Opening, is scheduled for Friday, October 16th, and will include a line-up of some of the top recognized regional talent in Colorado, as well as the debut U.S. performance of Canadian Idol finalist, Jenn Beaupre'. Complimentary cocktails and Hors D' oeuvres will be provided from 6:30pm to 9:30pm with music all night long. Comedian and radio personality, Matt Need, will emcee the event.
