Between Dreams, and Jack Johnson's Sleep Through the Static. She also oversaw breaking mobile ringtone records for first week sales (Lil Wayne's Lollipop"), as well as achieving top-selling sales of all time (Lil Wayne's "Lollipop") and number of multi-platinum sales (Akon). In September 2008, Ms. Carlson was named one of the Top Mobile Executives by Billboard Magazine for her work at UMRG.

Prior to joining UMRG, Ms. Carlson was Manager of Music Programming and Label Relations for iTunes, overseeing U.S. editorial music programming and label
