Bieber Settles Paparazzi Lawsuit

LOS ANGELES (CelebrityAccess) — Canadian pop star Justin Bieber has settled his latest paparazzi lawsuit, avoiding an impending trial date for the case.

According to the Associated Press, Photographer Jose Osmin Hernandez Duran sued Bieber in 2013, alleging that Bieber kicked and punched him outside of a shopping mall in Calabasas, CA. Duran claims that Beiber, who was on a date with Selena Gomez at the time, ran towards Duran, and kicked him in the stomach before punching him in the face.

The terms of the settlement were not disclosed.
