Amphitheater Auction

LUBBOCK, TX (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — The U.S. Bankruptcy Court has retained Sperry Van Ness/Gilmore Auction & Realty Co. to auction off the defunct West Texas Canyon Amphitheater.

The venue sits on about 30 acres of land in Lubbock, Texas, and includes such features as a large stage, backstage area, multiple dressing rooms, several full service bars and ample parking.

All bids in this sealed bid auction are due by December 3 at which time bidders must submit 10% of the total bid in certified funds. Final payment will be due by December 30 and must include a 10% buyer’s premium.
