Allgood Entertainment Files Claim Against Jackson Estate

LOS ANGELES (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — Promoter Allgood Entertainment has filed a claim against the estate of fallen King of Pop Michael Jackson, seeking $300,000,000.

Allgood is seeking the compensation in connection with a lawsuit filed last year over an alleged breach of contract by Jackson and his manager Frank Dileo, whom Allgood asserts colluded with AEG to produce a series of concerts in London. The AEG concerts, Allgood's lawyers contend, would have violated the 'blackout' period of a contract Allgood had with Jackson to produce a Jackson family reunion concert.

Allgood Entertainment had also filed a federal lawsuit in October 2009, seeking a share of the profits from the "This Is It" documentary and revenues from Jackson's Sony catalog.

Howard Weitzman, a lawyer claiming to represent Jackson's estate, told TMZ that "AllGood’s creditor’s claim and its underlying lawsuit are frivolous and wholly without merit. – CelebrityAccess Staff Writers
