The California Superior Court in Los Angeles has scheduled January 13, 2003 to hear the Michael Pick International lawsuit against International Creative Management over MPI's exclusive representation of "Spirit of the Dance." MPI alleges that ICM and agent Steve Levine of representing the production as misleading Resorts International in Atlantic City. The lawsuit seeks more than $200,000 in lost revenues, punitive damages and court costs.
