Paul Horton has been promoted to Northeast agent at Associated Booking Corporation. He will continue to book Michigan to Louisiana, all the way West, specifically with
select buyers, while adding the following states to his territory: New York, New
Jersey, New Hampshire, Vermont, Maine, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Rhode
Island, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, Washington, DC, Montreal, Toronto and
Ottawa.

Agent John Bongiorno Joins Pinnacle Entertainment

Effective July 29, John Bongiorno has left Associated Booking Corporation after five years as the Northeast agent and joined Pinnacle Enttertainment. Bongiorno is not taking any acts with him.

RAM Entertainment Merges With EastCoast Entertainment

RAM Entertainment & Special Event Services, LLC will merge with the Atlanta office of EastCoast Entertainment, Inc. on August 15 as part of an overall expansion by EastCoast Entertainment into Memphis, TN; Little Rock, AR; and Jackson, MS. RAM president Russ Madry will assume the post of director of sales for the Western Region, managing all three markets.

Both companies specialize in entertainment and production services for corporate events, festivals, weddings, colleges and other special occasions. The merger opens new markets for EastCoast, while expanding service to Memphis RAM's clients. "Existing RAM clients will have access to more resources and better access to national talent," Madry said. "The best just got better. Memphis will now have even more cost-effective access to nationally-recognized entertainers and specialty acts that do not usually perform in Memphis. Local service, national scope."

The company will operate under the name EastCoast Entertainment, Inc. According to Madry, his strategy for success remains largely unchanged. "We help clients make a great choice from our best regional bands, all the way up to national talent; manage production, meetings, and special events- make it one-stop shopping."
