Adam Driscoll Resigns As Co-CEO At MAMA

LONDON (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — Mama Group's co-CEO Adam Driscoll has resigned his position after more than a decade at the firm.

Drisoll's entree into the entertainment industry came when he co-founded Channelfly in 1999 which was later acquired by Stonesthrow Media.

Driscoll was appointed to the position of deputy Chairman of MAMA Group Plc when the Company 'floated on AIM' in February 2002 and became Co-Chief Executive upon completion of the takeover of Stonesthrow in December 2005.

Driscoll's has not discussed his future plans. Mama was acquired by the HMV Group last month for £46m.

“Adam has been a driving force behind the development of Mama over the past five years and it has been a privilege to work with him," says Mama CEO Dean James.

"I look forward to the next five years with HMV being as rewarding as the last five years as we continue to develop Mama into one of the UK's leading music businesses.” – CelebrityAccess Staff Writers
