NASHVILLE, TN (CelebrityAccess) — WME announced it has named partner Becky Gardenhire as co-head of the agency’s Nashville offices.

Gardenhire will collaborate in her new role with current co-heads Scott Clayton, Joey Lee and Jay Williams to oversee operations in the Nashville office.

Gardenhire’s promotion reflects her leadership role in the ongoing growth of the agency’s Nashville offices, WME said.

“I am honored and humbled to be a part of the WME family, and am very excited about taking on this new leadership position,” said Gardenhire. “I look forward to taking my passion to serve the Nashville office to the next level, and working alongside Jay, Joey and Scott to create further opportunities for our clients and colleagues.”

Rob Beckham, who previously helped to lead the Nashville office for WME, abruptly left the agency in late 2018.

Gardenhire has been with WME for her entire career, starting at the company’s Los Angeles headquarters in 2002 and making the jump to Nashville the following year. She was named a partner of the agency in 2017.

In addition to her leadership role at the company, she also oversees touring, television, literary and sponsorship for a roster that includes Jake Owen, Jordan Davis, LANCO, Rascal Flatts, Reba McEntire, Tenille Townes, Ingrid Andress, Sara Evans and Trisha Yearwood.

As well, she’s led social impact initiatives for WME and the Nashville music community, such as the Talk the Talk lecture series.

Last year, Gardenhire was named CMA’s Talent Agent of the Year Award, and Gardenhire currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Academy of Country Music, the Board of Directors for TJ Martell’s Nashville chapter and the Board of Directors for the W.O. Smith Music School.
