TAMPA, FL (CelebrityAccess) — Pop singer Ariana Grande had a scary moment during her performance on Sunday night in Tampa when she took a spill on stage.
Grande was performing her Sweetener World Tour at Amalie Arena in Tampa when she took a tumble while walking on a platform on stage. In a fan-recorded video of the moment, Grande can be seen navigating the table-like platform in high-heeled boots when she puts a foot wrong, stumbling forward.
Fortunately, she managed to remain on the platform with some help from one of her alert backup dancers who helped to catch her.
Grande had a good sense of humor about the incident and later took to social media to note that at least she “made the button” and that the performance had been going too well for something not to happen.
