SALT LAKE CITY, UT (CelebrityAccess) — Three people were in a shooting after attending a concert by the Los Angeles-based rap group Shoreline Mafia.
According to Salt Lake City’s KSL-TV, the shooting occurred outside The Complex, a multi-room concert venue in downtown Salt Lake on Friday night.
Police told KSL that shots were fired at the three individuals from a white car that sped away after the gunfire. At least one of the three alleged victims returned fire with their own gun.
One of the victims was shot in the chest and is in stable condition. A juvenile was also shot in the foot, possibly by a ricochet, police told KSL.
A police spokesman also told KSL that they believe the shots followed an earlier confrontation and may be gang-related.
Shoreline Mafia are currently on the road in support of their latest EP Party Pack, Vol. 2, which was released via Atlantic Records in September. They are also lined up for an Australian tour, including performances at Brisbane’s Wildlands festival, Victoria’s BEyond the Valley and Field Day in Sydney.
