(CelebrityAccess) – The Doobie Brothers have announced plans for their 50th-anniversary tour.
Members Tom Johnston, Michael McDonald, Pat Simmons and John McFee will reunite for a run of dates that will take the band across North America next year.
Scheduled to kick off on June 9 in West Palm Beach, the 30-date tour will make stops in Nashville, Toronto Chicago, Los Angeles and more before wrapping up in Houston on October 10.
“We’re truly excited about our 50th Anniversary Tour as it’s a celebration of the band’s entire history,” said Johnston in a statement. “We’ll be performing songs from our full catalog, as well as new music.”
Fans in attendance can expect to hear all of the band’s most iconic hits including “Long Train Running,” “Black Water,” “What A Fool Believes,” “Listen To The Music,” “Minute By Minute,” “It Keeps You Runnin’,” “Takin’ It To The Streets,” “China Grove,” “Jesus Is Just Alright With Me” and others.
The Doobie Brothers were finally nominated for induction into The Rock & Roll Hall of Fame last month.
