NEW YORK (CelebrityAccess) – New York-based indie FADER Label has announced the signing of two new artists to its roster, singer-songwriters Charlie Burg and Zachary Knowles.
Burg, currently on tour in the US opening for Mom + Pop’s Ashe, has amassed millions of streams across Spotify and Apple Music to date, while Knowles, who only began releasing music officially in 2018, has captured audience’s attention with his single “Slow Down My Thoughts.”
FADER Label co-founder, Jon Cohen, said: “It’s an incredibly exciting time in the music business. The young artists of today aren’t manufactured in the studio. They are great songwriters, play multiple instruments, know their way around the studio, and can perform well live at such mind-blowing young ages. Charlie Burg is an incredible talent who we have had the pleasure of getting to know and watch his growth. Zachary Knowles is an amazing voice and songwriter who has such a natural talent for creating beautiful melodies. We are thrilled to have both join the Fader Label family and cannot wait to present both artists to the rest of the world these coming years.”
The label has also announced a series of new hires beginning with General Manager, Carson Oberg, who joined the indie earlier this year. In addition, Yasmine Panah, formerly of Billboard and Cult Records, joins FADER Label as Project Manager, and Josh Hymowitz, formerly of UMG and SiriusXM, joins as Label Coordinator.
