LOS ANGELES (CelebrityAccess) – A warrant has been issued for Andy Dick’s arrest after he allegedly groped an Uber driver, reports TMZ.
According to the driver, who filed a report with the LA County Sheriff’s Department, the incident in question occurred inside his vehicle back in April of 2018.
Following an investigation, the D.A.’s office reportedly opted to charge Andy with misdemeanor sexual battery, and issued a warrant (which remains active) in March of this year, according to TMZ.
This is not the first time in the past year the actor/comedian has been in trouble with the law. In July of 2018, the LA City Attorney slapped him with a misdemeanor sexual battery charge for allegedly groping a stranger on the street.
