NEW YORK (CelebrityAccess) — Adam Lublin, a former AEG talent buyer and Vice President, and First Access exec has been charged with one count of sexual abuse and two counts of burglary, according to the New York Post.
According to the Post, Lublin, who is 43, was accused of surreptitiously entering a woman’s apartment, fondling her while she was asleep, and of stealing several pieces of her underwear.
The victim alleged that she woke to find Lublin “molesting her” and claimed that he fled after she screamed.
The victim later spoke to the building doorman who identified Lublin from surveillance video.
The Post reported that police then placed Lublin under surveillance and allegedly observed him disposing of a cup containing several pairs of women’s underwear.
The victim claimed that several garments have gone missing over the past few months and later identified the recovered underwear as hers, the Post said.
Lublin was arraigned on Monday and released on $175,000 bond.
In a statement provided to Variety, First Access said, “we are extremely shocked and disturbed to read this report in the NY Post. First Access Entertainment has terminated all business dealings with Adam Lublin.”
