LOS ANGELES (CelebrityAccess) Soulja Boy will not be charged with allegedly kidnapping a woman and tying her to a chair in his garage.
The Ventura County District Attorney has told TMZ that they are declining to file charges against the rapper because of insufficient evidence. The alleged victim accused him of holding her hostage for six hours but a police investigation came up empty.
The Ventura County Sherriff’s Departement served a search warrant at Soulja Boy’s home and looked for evidence. That became an issue for the rapper because of a weapon found, which is a violation of his parole. He is in the middle of a 240-day jail sentence because of it.
