ATLANTA (CelebrityAccess) Ariana Grande has reportedly given proceeds of her June 8 performance at Atlanta’s State Farm Arena to Planned Parenthood.
The organization is expected to receive $300,000, according to TMZ.
Grande’s gesture is likely a response to the state of Georgia recently passing the “fetal heartbeat” abortion law. The law has stirred controversy, calls for boycotts and some entertainment companies, including Disney, have decided to not use Georgia for filming.
The heartbeat laws are already being challenged in court.
