LOS ANGELES (CelebrityAccess) APA has signed Mark McGrath in all areas, and the band Sugar Ray for touring worldwide.
Sugar Ray is repped by Josh Humiston and Travis Wolfe at APA for touring. Both they and McGrath continue to be managed by Chip Quigley of Kingdom Entertainment.
McGrath most recently appeared as a finalist on Celebrity Big Brother on CBS, as well as the first season of the critically acclaimed Miss Dynamite on Netflix. His television credits include serving as a host or presenter for The Grammy Awards, The Billboard Music Awards, The MTV Music Awards, the nationally syndicated entertainment newsmagazine Extra, and Don’t Forget the Lyrics.
McGrath founded Sugar Ray in 1988 (then known as Shrinky Dinx), playing cover songs at dive bars up and down the beaches of Southern California. In 1994, the band signed with Atlantic Records and changed their name to Sugar Ray. In 1997, they collaborated with reggae artist Super Cat for the hit single “Fly” that dominated the airwaves and catapulted them onto the international stage.
