UNITED ARAB EMIRATES (CelebrityAccess) Tyga has reportedly settled a $1.4 million lawsuit brought by concert promoter Heavy Rotation that claimed the performer skipped out of an agreement to play three venues around the United Arab Emirates.
Tyga allegedly pulled out of the $141,000 agreement, claiming that another club in Dubai was offering more money, according to court documents obtained by The Blast. The promoters claim the moved caused them monetary damages; Tyga claimed the agreement did not restrict him from playing other venues.
Tyga denied all allegations of wrongdoing and accused the promoter of failing to get the appropriate approvals from the club he was to play at.
The performer recently dropped a $10 million lawsuit against Cash Money and Young Money over alleged unpaid royalties.
