NEW YORK (CelebrityAccess) – Elicia Felix-Hughey (pictured) has joined Sony/ATV in the newly-created role of Senior Vice President, Global Human Resources.
As SVP, Global Human Resources, Felix-Hughey will be responsible for all of the company’s HR operations across its network of 38 offices in 24 countries.
Felix-Hughey joins Sony/ATV with an extensive background in HR, including most recently working at Octave Group, the parent company of TouchTunes, as Vice President of Global Human Resources. Prior to TouchTunes she served as Director, Human Resources at the Harry Fox Agency and spent more than seven years at EMI Music Publishing where she rose to the role of VP, Human Resources.
Commenting on their latest hire, Sony/ATV Chairman and CEO Jon Platt said: “Elicia is an experienced and successful HR leader who has a real gift for balancing the critical needs of the business, with the needs of those who work for the company. She has a human touch that people naturally gravitate towards and is the perfect person to lead the transition of the company.”

At the same time, Tom Kelly has been promoted to Global Chief Financial Officer.
As CFO Kelly will oversee all aspects of Sony/ATV’s worldwide financial operations, including reporting, accounting, compliance, budget, administration and corporate strategy.
Both Kelly and Felix-Hughey will report directly to Platt and will be based in the company’s head office in New York.
