LOS ANGELES (CelebrityAccess) – Iconic Spanish singer Alejandro Sanz has today (April 1) announced the first US dates of his #LaGira Tour.
As part of #LaGira, Sanz will make stops in Chicago, New York, Orlando, Miami, Dallas, El Paso, San Diego, Los Angeles and more before heading overseas to perform sell-out dates in Sevilla, Barcelona, Madrid, Elche and Santiago De Compostela.
Throughout his career, Sanz has made important collaborations with international artists such as: Alejandro Fernandez, Alicia Keys, Destiny’s Child, Emelie Sandé, Ivete Sangalo, Juanes, Juan Luis Guerra, Laura Pausini, Marc Anthony, Miguel Bosé, Shakira, The Corrs and the legendary Tony Bennett, and more.
His international contribution to music and culture has earned him 3 Grammys, 20 Latin Grammys, and a Doctor Honoris Causa from the University of Berklee (Boston, USA). He has received the Fine Arts Merit Gold Medal, awarded by the Spanish Ministry of Culture, the Vision Award granted by the White House through the Hispanic Heritage Foundation, ASCAP Award and Person of the Year 2017 from the Latin Recording Academy ® for his art and his important philanthropic contributions to organizations such as “Médicos Sin Fronteras,” “Save the Children,” “Greenpeace” and others.
