JUPITER, FL (CelebrityAccess) — New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft is facing two counts of solicitation of prostitution after he was arrested as part of a human trafficking operation in Florida.

In a news conference on Friday, law enforcement officials with said that the 77-year-old had been videotaped while allegedly engaging in a sex act with an employee at Orchids of Asia Day Spa in Jupiter, Fla.

The video was captured as part of a major sex trafficking investigation of several Florida spas where authorities suspect migrants are forced into prostitution, police said. Kraft was one of 25 men arrested in connection with the operation.

In a statement, a spokesperson for Kraft said: “We categorically deny that Mr. Kraft engaged in any illegal activity. Because it is a judicial matter, we will not be commenting further.”

On Friday, it did not appear that Kraft was in police custody and two prostitution-related charges he faces are misdemeanors, police said. However, he may face discipline from the NFL under the league’s personal conduct policy.

Kraft is the CEO of the New England Patriots, which, earlier this month, won their sixth Super Bowl. He also owns Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, Massachusetts, Major League Soccer team New England Revolution, and the E-Sports franchise The Boston Uprising.
