(CelebrityAccess) — Todd Wisenbaker, the guitarist for embattled singer-songwriter Ryan Adams, revealed urged his colleague to “get help” prior to the revelation of a series of sexual misconduct allegations in a recent report by the New York Times.
In a social media post, Wisenbaker suggested that he knew about Adam’s alleged behavior with women before the New York Times story broke, and had previously suggested that Adams seek professional help.
Adams was accused of sexual harassment and inappropriate conduct by seven women, including his ex-wife Mandy Moore, and a woman who was identified only as Ava as she was a minor when she alleged that she engaged in explicit text and video chats with Ryan.
The FBI has since opened an investigation into the allegations of Adams’ contact with Ava.
