SÃO PAULO, Brazil (CelebrityAccess) — Brazilian multi-instrumentalist and composer Marcos Valle has been announced as the debut act for the new Blue Note when the club opens its doors in São Paulo next month.
The new club, which is situated in Conjunto Nacional, a large retail complex in downtown Brazil, is scheduled to open its doors on February 15th.
Thus far, the majority of artists lined up to perform at the new Blue Note outlet are primarily home grown favorites and the post-opening lineup includes João Bosco, Baby Do Brasil, The Leny Andrade Trio, Jesse Sadoc, and Azymuth.
Blue Note São Paulo will be the storied venue chain’s second outlet in Brazil, after the launch of a Blue Note-branded club in Rio in 2017. The club chain also operates in Tokyo, Nagoya, Milan, Hawaii, Beijing, and the Napa Valley, along with the original in New York City.
