WALLINGTON, Conn. (CelebrityAccess) A man who allegedly got shot at a 2016 Meek Mill concert has filed papers to drop his case against the rapper and promoter Live Nation, leaving two pending cases regarding the event.
Dylan Thomas filed court documents Dec. 27, informing a Connecticut judge he is dismissing all claims against Meek, Live Nation and the venue where the shootings took place, the Oakdale Musical Theatre in Wallington, Conn., according to The Blast.
Thomas filed the lawsuit in 2017 claiming he was shot in the leg at the Dec. 30, 2016, concert after defendants allowed “thugs” on site. Meek claimed the shooting was out of his control and denied all allegations.
Mills, Live Nation and the theatre were sued last year by the estate of Jaquan Graves for wrongful death when the patron was shot while leaving the 2016 show. The defendants were also sued by the estate of Travis Ward who was also shot outside the venue.
The lawsuits are still pending.
