LOS ANGELES (CelebrityAccess) Phil Spector, incarcerated for the 2003 killing of actress Lana Clarkson, is getting to keep a lot of his stuff in a divorce settlement.

The 78-year-old famed music producer and his third wife, Rachelle Short, filed the terms of the settlement Dec. 4. The papers, obtained by The Blast, show that Spector gets to maintain many of his priceless memorabilia:

  • John Lennon electric guitar, guitar case and stand. Accompanying handwritten note by Yoko Ono.
  • Framed and signed letter to Spector from Richard Nixon.
  • Grammy Awards, including Album of the Year award for 1972, “The Concert for Bangladesh” with George Harrison and Ravi Shankar.
  • Oscar statue for The Beatles 1970 film, “Let It Be,” which won Best Original Song Score. Spector produced the album.
  • Pocket billiards cue engraved and given by Willie Masconi.
  • Gibson guitar gifted by jazz guitarist Barney Kessel.
  • Diamond cufflinks gifted by Elvis Presley.
  • John Lennon lithographs
  • 6×6 framed montage created by John Lennon.
  • Backyard statue of “Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs.”
  • Gold records
  • Master tapes
  • 1965 Rolls Royce Silver Cloud lll

Short gets to keep several cars and a small airplane but the couple must sell his residence, Pyrenees Castle, in Alhambra, Calif., for an equal split.

Short married Spector in 2006 while he was awaiting trial and they split in 2016, with Spector claiming Rachelle was spending his money on items like planes and houses.

On Feb. 3, 2003, Clarkson was found dead in Spector’s mansion.  She met Spector while working at the House of Blues in Los Angeles and they left in Spector’s limousine. Spector and Clarkson went inside the mansion while his driver waited outside. About an hour later, the driver heard a gunshot before Spector exited his house through the back door with a gun. He was quoted as saying, according to affidavits, “I think I just shot her.”  Spector later said Clarkson’s death was an “accidental suicide” and that she “kissed the gun.”
