PORTLAND, Ore. (CelebrityAccess) Katt Williams has pleaded not guilty to an alleged assault on a hired driver at Portland International Airport.
The comedian was charged and pleaded not guilty to fourth-degree assault today, according to the Multnomah County District Attorney’s Office.
Williams was in town to perform in Nick Cannon’s “Wild ‘N Out” comedy improve show and is accused of striking a town car driver after an argument about taking Williams and his dog to the show. The unnamed victim sustained minor injuries to his face, including swelling and cuts, Port of Portland police said, according to the Associated Press.
Williams remains in custody on an unrelated arrest warrant as an alleged fugitive from Georgia.
