SAN BERNARDINO, CA (CelebrityAccess) — The Foo Fighters have been teasing what may be a possible Nirvana reunion at the band’s Cal Jam Festival in San Bernardino, Calif. this weekend.
Over the past 24 hours, the Foos have posted a series of cryptic videos on Twitter, which features heavily distorted footage recorded from a surprise performance by Dave Grohl, Krist Novoselic, and Pat Smear following Nirvana’s 2014 hall of fame induction.
As noted by an alert Redditor, one of the videos, which at first blush just sounds like aimless heavy metal noodling, is actually Nirvana’s In Utero track “Serve the Servants” played in reverse.

The second video features Joan Jett tearing it up during the 2014 show, in which she appeared as a guest performer. Other guests for the 2014 show included Deer Tick’s John McCauley, and Dinosaur Jr.’s J Mascis, who are coincidentally both slated to appear at Cal Jam this weekend.
