LOS ANGELES (CelebrityAccess) Travis Barker, drummer for Blink-182, is reportedly suing a medical group, blaming it for his inability to play the drums, tour and live a normal life.
Barker was in a car accident in July when his SUV hit a school bus and was sidelined with nerve damage, damage to his veins and a staph infection. TMZ has obtained a copy of a lawsuit in which Barker, who went to The Medical Imaging Center in Santa Monica to receive an MRI, claims that technicians stuck him in an arm more than 40 times in an effort to find a vein. The effort allegedly caused a staph infection.
Blink-182 continues to postpone its tour and Las Vegas residency because of Barker’s health issues.
Travis is also suing the bus driver, who allegedly made an illegal left turn and caused the collision.
