Couple Sues Live Nation And Others For Trip & Fall In Pennsylvania

UPPER DARBY, Pa. (CelebrityAccess) A married couple is suing live nation and Upper Darby Township in Pennsylvania after the man allegedly tripped and fell on a curb outside the city’s Tower Theatre in 2016.

Harry Morrison and Teresa Morrison filed the complaint in Delaware County Court of Common Please Aug. 13, according to the Penn Record. The plaintiffs allege the defendants negligently maintained and repaired the curb and sidewalk.

Harry Morrison claims he was injured Aug. 16, 2016 when he tripped and fell on the curb, suffering severe and permanent injuries to his body and limb,s disability, loss of earnings, disfigurement and pain and suffering, according to the website. The couple holds Live Nation Worldwide, dba Tower Theatre, responsible because it failed to correct the allegedly defective condition and give adequate warning of the situation.

The plaintiffs are requesting a trial by jury and seek judgement exceeding $50,000 plus costs, according to Penn Record.
