HOUSTON (CelebrityAccess) Tekashi69 reportedly has a warrant out for his arrest for when the rapper allegedly choked a 16-year-old at the Galleria Mall Jan. 6.
The alleged vitim claims he ran into Daniel Hernandez, aka Tekashi, aka, Tekashi69, aka 6ix9ine, at the mall and started recording him, according to legal documents obtained by TMZ. He claims Tekashi turned around and yelled at him to stop erase the recording and that Tekashi grabbed him by the neck as his bodyguards surrounded him.
The victim said he erased the video but the incident was captured by someone else at the scene. The victim’s family said they witnessed the incident and that it was reported to the police, according to TMZ.
A member of Tekashi’s crew was recently busted for firing a weapon inside Brooklyn’s Barclays Center during a boxing match. The rapper was also criticized for a brawl at the Los Angeles airport.
