LOS ANGELES, CA (CelebrityAccess) – Billboard has reported that veteran rapper Lil Wayne has left ICM and signed an exclusive deal with Creative Artist Agency.
The news, which helps to further solidify CAA’s growing hip-hop roster, follows the recent acquisition of agents Caroline Yim and Zach Iser who joined the company last month bringing a number of clients with them.
Despite being tied up in a long and bitter legal battle with Cash Money Records, Wayne continues to tour and has already confirmed multiple summer concert dates including: The Kentucky Derby Soundstage (May 3), Rolling Loud Festival in Miami (May 11-13), Hot 97 Summer Jam in New York (June 10), the Lil’ WeezyAna Fest in New Orleans (Aug 25) and Bumbershoot Festival in Seattle over Labor Day weekend.
