BERLIN (CelebrityAccess) Concert ticketing firm CTS Eventim has reportedly bought a controlling interest in Vivo Concerti, an Italian promoter of concerts and musicals.
The transaction includes other activities held by the Italian company’s CEO Clemente Zard, according to Reuters, which will now be transferred to Vivo Concerti.
Vivo Concerti has organized Italy tours for Evanescence, David Guetta and Tokio Hotel, among others.
