AMSTERDAM (CelebrityAccess) – Armada Music has recently inked a substantial long-term deal with the talented artist Will Clarke, who hails from Bristol but is based in Detroit. In celebration of this significant signing, Clarke has unleashed a brand-new single titled “Give Me,” a collaborative effort with Burns, the co-producer of the hit track “Miracle” by Calvin Harris and Ellie Goulding.
This strategic move by Armada U.K. comes on the heels of their previous success with D.O.D., whose single “So Much in Love” secured a spot in the Top 20, boasting impressive U.K. chart sales of 402,501 to date, according to the Official Charts Company.
Clarke expressed his enthusiasm: “I’m at a pivotal moment as an artist where my writing and production are my priorities and deepest passion, and I feel ready to take things to the next level. With the Armada team behind me, who understand my sound and vision, I know that my new music can reach its full potential. ‘Give Me’ with Burns, whose work I’ve admired for so long, sets the tone for what’s to come.”
Jason Ellis, senior global A&R director at Armada Music, shared his excitement about having Will Clarke on board during this pivotal career phase. Ellis emphasized the rarity of finding an artist with a multifaceted offering and an evident passion for their craft. According to Ellis, for Will, the focus is on creating art without falling into clichés.
Clarke’s musical journey spans the realms of house and techno, leaving an indelible mark with his imprint, All We Have Is Now. He has also collaborated with labels such as Trick, Filth On Acid, and Kneaded Pains, even delivering a noteworthy remix of Duke Dumont’s “Love Song.”
Beyond the studio, Clarke has graced the stages of global brands like ANTS, Elrow, and Trick, solidifying his presence on the international touring circuit. Noteworthy upcoming dates include a performance at XOYO in Birmingham on March 9 and an appearance at the Coachella festival in April.
In addition to his impressive remix portfolio, featuring tracks by artists like Adam Beyer, Dubfire, Illenium, Dom Dolla, Duke Dumont, Rufus Du Sol, and more, Clarke also wears the hat of a podcast host and producer. The Will Clarke Podcast has already amassed 200 episodes, featuring conversations with influential artists such as Carl Cox, Moby, Patrick Topping, A Track, Hannah Laing, Sarah Story, Chris Lake, and many others.
