LOS ANGELS (CelebrityAccess) – Jewel, a four-time Grammy nominee, and Melissa Etheridge, a two-time Grammy winner, have announced an incredible two-part co-headlining tour. The first leg of the tour trek kicks off on Thursday (July 11) in Bonner, MT, and wraps up on Wednesday (August 7) in La Vista, NE. The second leg starts in Cary, NC, on Tuesday (September 17) and concludes in Rogers, AR, on Saturday (October 5). The tour will include stops across the US and Canada, hitting cities like San Diego, Los Angeles, Kansas City, Windsor, Charlotte, and Austin, TX, with more dates to be announced soon.
Jewel is set to serenade us with tunes from her latest studio album, Freewheelin’ Woman, as well as timeless favorites from her storied career. Think Grammy-nominated, multi-platinum classics like her debut album Pieces of You and the 25th-anniversary edition of Spirit, with a deluxe reissue on Craft Recordings.
Artist presales start tomorrow, Wednesday (January 17), at 10 am local time, and the general on-sale opens on Friday (January 19), at 10 am local time.
Beyond the music, Jewel’s career spans over thirty years, with more than 30 million albums sold. But she’s not just a musical powerhouse – for over two decades, Jewel has been a driving force in the mental health space, offering tools and resources for those in need.
In December, she kicked off her second annual #NotAloneChallenge, spreading warmth during the holidays and raising over $2 million for her nonprofit, the Inspiring Children Foundation, which supports underprivileged youth with educational and mental health tools. Jewel also wears the hat of Co-Founder and Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) at Innerworld, a virtual mental health platform recently granted $2 million by the National Institute of Mental Health.
