FAYETTEVILLE, ARK. (CelebrityAccess) Travis Scott pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct in an Arkansas courtroom Feb. 6, with two misdemeanor charges dismissed.

Scott was originally charged with inciting a riot, disorderly conduct and endangering the welfare of a child after being arrested last year after his concert at the Walmart Arkansas Music Pavilion in Rogers, Ark., May 13.

“They overcharged him,” Scott attorney Doug Norwood told the Northwest Arkansas Democrat-Gazette. “They tried to get him for inciting a riot. The video did not show any of that.”

The plea was part of a deal, according to Norwood. The Rogers Police Department claimed on a Facebook post that he “encouraged people to rush the stage” during his show.

He rapper, who became a father Feb. 4 when Kylie Jenner gave birth to their daughter, will reportedly pay $6,825.321 to two people who claim to have been injured at the concert and $640 in court costs.
