CHICAGO (CelebrityAccess) — After a their double headlining tour with Helmet went off the rails earlier this week, the rock band Local H announced plans for a solo tour, celebrating the 20th anniversary of the band’s 5th studio album, Whatever Happened to P.J. Soles.
The tour is set to kick off on September 15th at the Grog Shop in Cleveland, and wrap at Chicago’s Metro on October 16th.
“When life gives you lemons — you book a 20th Anniversary WHATEVER HAPPENED TO P.J. SOLES tour! Thanks to our awesome team (and all of our awesome friends at our favorite clubs) the show WILL go on!!!” a rep for the band shared via social media.
The tour will feature special guest Radkey.
Local H was slated to join the alt-metal band Helmet for a joint tour but earlier this week, the tour was canceled with organizers stating that low ticket sales and other financial challenges had proved to be an insurmountable obstacle for the planned run.
