(CelebrityAccess) — Jody Frisch, the noted public relations executive with a career that spans both the entertainment world and Washington D.C. died on August 21st. She was 68.
Deadline Hollywood reported that Frisch passed after a short battle with pancreatic cancer.
A Los Angeles native, Frisch embarked on a career in public relations after high school, going on to work with the Writers Guild of America, SAG-AFTRA, BGR Group, and the National Foreign Trade Council, among others.
In the 1990s, she served as Vice President at Craig Anderson Productions, a production company focused on televsion movies but relocated to Washington D.C. in 2002 for a public relations and legislative affairs role at Planned Parenthood.
According to Deadline, details about a memorial service celebrating Frisch’s life will be announced in the coming months.
