(CelebrityAccess) — VNUE, the live music technology company, announced the addition of longtime label executive Jody Best to the company’s senior leadership team.
Best joins VNUE’s new Artist Services Division and will take point on record promotions for the division along with leveraging her relationships with artists to expand VNUE’s live music recording services via Set.fm, livestream platform StageIt.com, and partner DiscLive Network.
She is currently the President & Founder of Best Bet Promotions, an independent promotion & marketing company, focused on the classic rock and modern radio markets. She previously spent two decades at Capitol Records/EMI, where she led promotional campaigns for artists such as The Beatles, Paul McCartney, Bob Seger, Steve Miller, Pink Floyd, Heart, George Thorogood, Duran Duran, The Beach Boys, Poison, The Rolling Stones, and more.
Her current client roster includes Def Leppard, Night Ranger, Tesla, Frank Hannon, Mr. Big, Dirty Honey, Rickey Medlocke, Ron Keel, Mike Tramp, and Jon Anderson, among others.
