Megan Moroney, Tigerlily Gold, Nate Smith Announced As Early Winners At The 59th Annual ACM Awards

FRISCO, TX (CelebrityAccess) — While the 59th annual Academy of Country Music Awards doesn’t officially get underway until Thursday night, the ACM on Tuesday revealed an initial slate of winners in several key categories.

Those initial winners, announced during the ACM Awards: ACM New Artist Winners Celebration, part of the ACM Country Kickoff fan festival at The Star, including Megan Moroney, who was named as the ACM’s New Female Artist of the Year, and Nate Smith, who was named as the 2024 New Male Artist of the Year.

Additionally, the duo Tigerlily Gold was named the ACM’s new Duo or Group of the Year.

Each of the announced winners will be featured on Thursday as part of the ACM Awards show programming, with Megan Moroney performing during the Red Carpet Show, while Tigerlily Gold and Nate Smith will make their performance debuts during the ACM Awards.

Hosted by 16-time ACM Award-winning country legend, Reba McEntire, the 59th ACM Awards will also feature performances from Jason Aldean, Kane Brown, Jelly Roll, Cody Johnson, Miranda Lambert, Post Malone, Parker McCollum, Thomas Rhett, Chris Stapleton, and Lainey Wilson.

In addition to her hosting duties, Reba will also debut her new music and fans will be treated to duets from Kelsea Ballerini and Noah Kahan; Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani; and Nate Smith featuring Avril Lavigne.

The 59th annual ACM Awards will be streamed on Prime Video and the Amazon Music channel on Twitch, live from Ford Center at The Star in Frisco, Texas on Thursday, May 16, 2024.
