Todd Goodwin Named SVP Of Culture Marketing and Creative Strategy At UMG’s °1824

LOS ANGELES (CelebrityAccess) — Universal Music Group announced the promotion of Todd Goodwin to the role of Senior Vice President, Culture Marketing and Creative Strategy, of its °1824 Creator Network.

In his new role, Goodwin will continue to expand °1824, while supporting the creative needs of UMG’s portfolio of artists, labels, and brands. In addition, he will retain his current position as the head of °1824, the division he launched in partnership with UMG in 2019.

“Todd has created a best-in-class creative resource as well as a path for the next generation of industry leaders. I’m thrilled to announce his promotion and congratulate the 1824 team on all of their accomplishments,” stated Michele Anthony, Executive Vice President of Universal Music Group.

°1824 provides UMG labels and businesses with in-house resources including content creation, public relations, A&R scouting, brand partnerships, strategic insights and experiential marketing. Additionally, the division produces live-streaming events via 3point5, UMG’s central Twitch channel.

Goodwin first joined UMG in 2015 as the label group’s VP of College and Lifestyle Marketing.
