LOS ANGELES (CelebrityAccess) — Tixr, the privately-held primary ticketing and live events platform, announced the hire of industry veteran and executive Steve Oberman as Vice President of Partnerships.
In his new role at Tixr, Oberman will take point on the company’s expansion in the music sphere and be responsible for driving growth across a range of industries that interface with Tixr.
He joins Tixr after a stint at See Tickets, where he most recently served as EVP and Head of Music following See Tickets’ acquisition of Flavorus in 2016. He also led Flavorus’ biz-dev team across the festival, concert, nightlife, and food and beverage sectors.

Other strategic US-based hires Tixr announced include Director of Partnerships Ravi Durga, formerly of See Tickets, Nightlife Partnerships Specialist Amir Mozafari, formerly of DICE, and Partnerships Executive – Motorsports Matt Stallknecht, formerly of NASCAR and Tipico.
