CONSHOHOCKEN, Pa. (CelebrityAccess) — ASM Global’s SAVOR Hospitality Division announced the hire of Jason Dowd as Senior Vice President of Culinary and Innovation, and Craig Condra, who has been tapped for the role of Regional Vice President of Food & Beverage.
With 25 years in the industry, Dowd brings a wealth of experience to his new role at SAVOR. A certified sommelier, Dowd has worked with brands such as Ritz Carlton and InterContinental Hotel Group to Olive Garden, Smashburger and Moe’s Southwest Grill but most recently served as vice president of culinary innovation with FAT Brands, he was responsible for the menu strategy and overseeing the renovation of 16 restaurant brands in the snack, QSR, and fast-casual and casual-dining categories.
Condra also brings significant experience in the dining and entertainment worlds to his new role at SAVOR. Past gigs include roles at Sodexo Live!, Levy Restaurants, Legends and Aramark, as well as high profile events such as the Super Bowl, World Series, Stanley Cup, U.S. Open and more.
