LOS ANGELES (CelebrityAccess) – PULSE Music Group (PULSE) Co-CEO(s) Scott Cutler and Josh Abraham, alongside President/Head of Creative Ashley Calhoun, have unveiled the formation of a music publishing creative joint venture with songwriter/producer/recording artist Jon Bellion. This strategic move sees Bellion’s publishing company, Beautiful Mind, forging an innovative partnership with PULSE. Matt Maschi, Bellion’s long-time creative manager and CEO of his publishing company, Beautiful Mind, and day-to-day Louis Coppola are also part of this venture.
Elijah Noll, an artist and songwriter, becomes the inaugural signing to the Beautiful Mind/PULSE partnership. The worldwide publishing deal encompasses future works, leveraging Bellion’s frequent collaborations with Noll.
Known for his prowess as a singer/songwriter, Bellion has contributed to the musical repertoire of artists such as Rihanna, Jung Kook, Halsey, Miley Cyrus, and many others.
Cutler commented, “We’re very focused on this opportunity to continue to build out Jon and Matt’s footprint as publishers, and that is something that we do exceptionally well in the form of joint ventures. When we met with Jon, Matt, Elijah and Elijah’s manager, Ari Goldstein, it was such an organic meeting of the minds. We knew this was a great combination of humans and expertise all surrounding Elijah himself, who is clearly such a talent.”

Based in LA, Noll boasts a diverse skill set as a songwriter and multi-instrumentalist, with collaborative efforts spanning various notable releases. Before his songwriting career, Noll showcased prodigious talent as a violinist, later transitioning to guitar and songwriting. His music, characterized by organic sounds and vibrant melodies, reflects his personal journey, including overcoming open-heart surgery as a teenager.
Noll works extensively with Bellion on several projects and has co-written recent releases with the Jonas Brothers, Jackson Wang, UPSAHL, Nessa Barrett, plus others. He has recently shared collaborations with Lil Aaron, Sueco, Blackbear, and Travis Barker, among others.
By forming this strategic partnership, PULSE and Beautiful Mind aim to foster artistic development and amplify the impact of emerging talents like Elijah Noll on the music landscape.
