LOS ANGELES (CelebrityAccess) — Management company Range Media Partners announced that it has secured a minority investment from a group of backers that includes Liberty Global, New York-based family office Wildcat Capital Management and family entertainment company Playground Productions.
According to Range Media, the investment will be used to fund growth initiatives as well as strategic acquisitions across the entertainment and media space in both the U.S. and international territories.
Range, which launched in 2020, represents a talent roster that spans TV & Film, digital, music, sports, and brands. The company also offers premium film production services following its merger with production company Automatik and operates a music publishing division.
