HOUSTON, TX (CelebrityAccess) — Clay Walker and The Clay Walker Foundation held their annual Band Against MS Gala at the Ballroom at Bayou Place in Houston, raising $220,000 to help the battle against Multiple Sclerosis.
The evening kicked off with a pre-concert mixer where guests participated in a silent auction that included guitars signed by Taylor Swift and Toby Keith, tickets to the ACM and CMA Awards VIP packages to George Strait show and sideline passes to the Houston Texans game.
Fans were then treated to a concert by Walker, who took to the stage to perform a selection of his hits, including his new single, “I Know She Hung The Moon.”
Following the concert, attendees were treated to three-course dinner followed by a a live auction.
Walker was inspired to launch his foundation after he was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis, helping to raise more than $2.6 million dollars to MS research.
