NEW YORK (CelebrityAccess) — Knitting Factory Management, the management division of Knitting Factory Entertainment, announced the signing of the legendary punk band Gogol Bordello.
“Gogol Bordello have been a part of the punk scene since the 1990s and have made an incredible impact globally,” stated KFE CEO Morgan Margolis. “We’re proud and honored to have them on board with our KFM team.”
“It’s an honor to be in a position to work with one of the most unique and exciting live bands in the universe,” added KFM manager Brian Long. “I’ve been a fan and have followed Gogol Bordello since they started. They are a welcome addition to the KFM roster, and I look forward to helping them scale new heights in the coming years.”
Gogol Bordello, which draws influences from punk rock, as well as Romany and Ukrainian folk music, is fronted by Eugene Hütz. The group has released nine studio albums, including 2022’s Solidaritine, and recently completed a New Year’s residency at Brooklyn Bowl locations in Philadelphia and New York.
Additionally, the band is gearing up for multiple festival appearances, including Bottle Rock in Napa Valley, the Vive Latino Festival in Mexico City and Punk Rock Bowling in Las Vegas and are lined up for a European tour with Bospop later this year.
