TALLINN, Estonia (CelebrityAccess) — Tallinn Music Week, one of Eastern Europe’s leading industry conferences, announced the promotion of Eva Johanna Lepikov to the newly created role of Executive Producer.
Lepikov, who joined TMW in 2020, has filled multiple roles with the organization, most recently serving as the conference’s Head of Marketing.
Before joining Tallinn Music Week, Johanna oversaw marketing for the Station Narva festival along with other Shiftworks projects, and contributed to the production of local festivals such as Saund and Mägede Hääl and other events.

Following Lepikov’s promotion, Helen Sildna continues as the Head of Strategy at TMW, Ingrid Kohtla as the Head of Communications & Content, and Kertu Süld as the Head of Administration and Sustainability. Taavi Esperk manages TMW’s music program and Indrek Migur is in charge of the conference program and hospitality. About a hundred seasonal employees and hundreds of volunteers contribute to the festival.
Tallinn Music Week 2024 will take place from April 3-7 and includes a music showcase, a music festival, and an industry conference.
