NEW YORK (CelebrityAccess) — Independent music publisher Primary Wave Music announced the formation of a new partnership with the estate of the late Stone Temple Pilots vocalist Scott Weiland.
The deal will see Primary Wave partner with the Estate on Weiland’s publishing catalog, including repertoire from Stone Temple Pilots and Velvet Revolver, as well as his solo material, including his solo debut and Christmas album.
The agreement also encompasses master royalties and name and likeness rights, Primary Wave announced.
Primary Wave will leverage its marketing team and publishing infrastructure to develop new marketing, branding, digital, and synch opportunities, as well as film & television projects for Weiland’s catalog.
